I'm Aicha—a North African writer and thinker currently navigating life between cultures, languages, and identities. I hold an MBA in marketing and digital communication and a master on oriental studies and I'm currently Phd student at Sorbonne nouvelle university in France, working in teaching. I've spent the last 5years exploring the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern psychology, questioning everything I thought I knew about confidence, truth, and what it means to live intentionally. I write in three languages because I believe wisdom transcends borders. I cite neuroscience and philosophy because I believe personal development deserves intellectual rigor.
