Become You

WELL WISDOM HUB

The Unfinished Thoughts of a Perpetual Student I once thought I had life figured out. Then I moved countries, changed careers, discovered I was an extrovert (after 25 years of thinking I was an introvert), and realized that certainty is the most beautiful illusion we tell ourselves. I'm Aicha. I write about the questions that keep me up at night—about confidence that comes from discipline, not performance; about truth in a world of half-truths; about becoming who you are when no one's watching. This is where psychology meets philosophy, where research meets lived experience, and where we embrace uncertainty as the path to wisdom.

The author

I'm Aicha—a North African writer and thinker currently navigating life between cultures, languages, and identities. I hold an MBA in marketing and digital communication and a master on oriental studies and I'm currently Phd student at Sorbonne nouvelle university in France, working in teaching. I've spent the last 5years exploring the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern psychology, questioning everything I thought I knew about confidence, truth, and what it means to live intentionally. I write in three languages because I believe wisdom transcends borders. I cite neuroscience and philosophy because I believe personal development deserves intellectual rigor. And I share my own messy journey because I believe authenticity is more valuable than perfection. This blog is my attempt to make sense of it all—and to invite you into the conversation.
